Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Brable. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within -14 days- of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be:

- Unused and in its original condition

- In its original packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to start a return

Email -numbaoneworker@gmail.com- with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

- Items damaged through misuse

- Items returned after 30 days

- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they're defective or damaged on arrival. Email us with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
